Add all ingredients into an empty mixing glass and stir until salted honey syrup is dissolved. Once dissolved, add ice to the glass and stir until well chilled. Strain into a large rocks glass over fresh ice. Skewer a rolled piece of nori to garnish.
To make Salted Honey Syrup:
Heat all ingredients gently on a stove top. Stir constantly until salt and honey have dissolved, do NOT boil. Allow to cool and store for future use in a sealed bottle. Be sure to shake well before use.<br><br>
