It doesn’t have to be midnight to enjoy a black Manhattan. Bring together robust Baker's<sup>®</sup> Bourbon, bittersweet Averna<sup>®</sup> Amaro and aromatic bitters for a well-rounded classic that is the perfect step up for any cocktail hour.

1 part
Averna® Amaro
1 dash
Angostura® Bitters
1 dash
Orange Bitters
Garnish:
Amarena Cherry

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an Amarena cherry.
